Setel Business World Traveller Select
When using your Setel mobile whilst abroad, if travelling in an eligible country that’s included within the Business World Traveller Select zone, then, subject to a single daily fee, the user can utilise their UK minutes & data tariff allowance while roaming.
The user can utilise their UK minutes allowance to make calls in-country and back to the UK only.
Access to domestic calls & text bundles including usage back to the UK (to any UK mobile or a standard fixed-line number, e.g., 01, 02, 03) and other destinations “In Zone” (mobile/ standard fixed-line numbers only)
Received calls & texts
Calls to emergency services (i.e., 999 or 112)
Calls to UK freephone numbers
Calls to voicemail
This plan does not cover the following:
Calls to non-geographical and premium numbers
Calls and texts to worldwide destinations (ROW Zones 1-4)
Roaming calls made to other international destinations or non-geographic numbers will be charged at standard domestic out-of-bundle rates.
Roaming calls that fall outside of inclusive allowances, or that are directed out of zone, are rated based on UK international call rates. Qualifying international or roaming bundles, where available and applied, will be utilised in advance of out of bundle rating.
The user can utilise their UK data allowance for roaming GPRS data usage up to their UK data tariff allowance. Unlimited UK data tariffs have a fair usage policy threshold cap of 25GB per month. Any roamed data usage in excess of the tariff allowance or the fair usage policy threshold will be charged at the standard UK data out of bundle rate (currently £0.04 per MB ex. VAT).
The daily fee for using Business Traveller World is currently £5.00 (ex. VAT).
The fee will be applied automatically at the point an eligible usage transaction (call or GPRS data session) commences.

TravelFree is relevant to all member countries of Europe Zones 1 and 2, plus a selected number of additional destinations outside of Europe, such as Australia, South Africa, and USA. When roaming within an inclusive destination, this service enables access to your domestic bundles and rates as if you were at home. TravelFree is available on selected O2 and Vodafone tariffs.

TravelPlus
TravelPlus is aligned directly with TravelFree and is only available on selected tariffs. Like Business World Traveller Select, it offers an alternative to pence per minute rates in the form of a daily roaming rate of £5 per day (ex. VAT). It will allow users full access to their UK bundles, rates and allowances whilst roaming in a selection of worldwide destinations. When utilising TravelPlus, you can call back to the UK and call within the same country you are currently in without incurring out-of-bundle charges. TravelPlus is available on selected O2 and Vodafone tariffs.

Customers with mobile connections on the EE network can access daily roaming passes when travelling abroad.
There are three zones for these roaming passes:

This allows unlimited voice and texts and 2 GB data allowance.

When roaming and connecting to a new network, you will receive automated SMS notifications, unless you have already opted out of this. For further information, or to check whether you can opt out of this, please contact us.

We would like to remind you that when end users are roaming in destinations close to bordering countries or islands, it is possible to automatically connect to another country’s cellular infrastructure.
Where possible, please ensure customers are advised to manually roam onto “in country” networks should this happen, to mitigate unexpected charges.
To avoid daily usage charges on any of our chargeable roaming services, please ensure roaming data restrictions are applied at network level and are not solely switched off in the device settings.
There have been instances whereby devices are switched on, and the device has attempted to “ping” the network prior to the device fully booting up and enabling chosen settings.
Review and familiarise yourselves with standard roaming rates for destinations or roaming events, such as ‘On Airways and Maritime’, where our listed daily roaming services are unavailable.
